That's a tough one because there's quite a few I'd want to be in. Current choice would be Gintama.

Yes, I feel that if the smart person is not constantly challenged then their intellectual side isn't stimulated enough which could lead to laziness.

There is one thing but there are minors here so I'm not gonna say anything~

I would go to the ancient times (like 4,000 years ago) and visit ancient Egypt, Greece and China.
