Grim Reaper Cake

A friend of mine that works at my dental office ordered this for one of her co-workers. She wanted a dark theme for the design so I suggested a grim reaper. She liked the idea and here's the end result.
I actually delivered it to the office after I got off work the day I did it and she loved how it came out. Although, I have yet to hear if the birthday girl liked it or not...

I absolutely hate how the Reaper's hands came out, but it's icing I'm working with so it's to be expected.
